the hotel was a wonderful base for exploring Pattaya. Really enjoyed the venue's kind staff at the reception desk. 3. the setting was favorable, being close to South Pattaya, the beach, and the main shopping area. 4. Easily reached La Notte Restaurant which was located a short distance from the hotel. 5. the breakfast was good with a great selection of meals.

Overall had great stay in February. The room was stylish and clean with good privacy, and I really enjoyed it.

As for me, the area was pretty dark.

I've stayed at this place before, and the rooms are always great - they're spacious and come with a balcony 🌅. the breakfast was decent, and they made sure the lounge area was well-stocked.

WiFi not avilable in my room 504. Too far from the modem.An extra modem needs to be placed near this room.I Had to be moved out of my original room because the power failed.I Had WiFi in my original room.More clothes hangers needed in the rooms.

Staff extremely friendly and helpfulness. The pool on the roof excellent.

Internet connection via wireless not consistent and readily available even though advertise is so. The rooms although near new are not cleaned thoroughly especially the floor and corners.

The rooms here are well-maintained, spacious, and feature nice outer decor and clean sheets.

Above all we must know that the hotel is new .. The rooms are nice, there are all taken wi fi fontionne perfectly. The breakfast is very good and is pretty nice personel copieux.Le especially the maids and porters .. The hotel is 5 minutes from palcer walking street .. the underground parking for scooters is easy the view access .. 8 em floors or is the pool is lovely

The room that I was not the book I want to request a room overlooking the city and a large bed, I had a room with a view on a old building and 2 beds gathered to make a great. I had a problem to open my safe reception could not do anything to open it because the person who takes care of that was on vacation I had to go to the police to do ouvrir.Les 3 days those of dimension 2 bedroom fesait the festivities of 5:00 was 8 hours in the morning and wake everyone .. Despite several complaints reception did nothing to finally finish the fridge is too small and the lack of lighting in the bathroom ..

The location was peaceful and comfortable: a market and shopping centers were within walking distance. Had tea and goodies at Coffee Break, nestled 1 mi of the venue.

loved the stay at the hotel in Pattaya - so much better than last time. Housekeeping on 7th floor was amazing, making our stay easier. Multinational breakfast options and great showers. Massage parlor next door was a bonus for in-room service. Receptionist Fang was super helpful.

- Internet in the room didn't work for 5 days, stuff was not helpfull - The hotel is still under construction, if you come back home late and want to sleep till afternoon, it may be a problem(for me, it was) - humidity in the room is very high. When you enter the room the floor is always wet - stuff entering the room to refill the minibar even if u don't want them to. Once they tryed to do it when I was naked in the room

Room cleanliness was a little issue and general staff needs to be courteous. Front desk executive was very rude.
